Very beautiful hotel with the great breakfast options
Nice hotel with great options for breakfast (including local products), good location and pretty beautiful territory: many pines, three swimming pools (including one adult-only), friendly staff especially in the bar;) Great proposal with the workouts outside!
It's a bit tricky with the a/c in the common areas since it's switched off during the day. I understand the sustainability side, however sometimes it was quite hot in these areas, also not sure how it's comfortable for the staff. Also not sure why SPA is opened only couple of hours in the afternoon.

Super friendly hotel staff, large apartment, amazing breakfasts and dinner, lovely swimming pools, very convenient location
Our apartment was not cleaned on one of the days, and the bathroom smelled of drains

Reception staff fabulous.
Breakfast choice very good indeed. We also had dinner which again was very good, great variety on offer. Staff were very very helpful and friendly
The room wasn’t refreshed very well on days two and three. We had to ask for soap and the glasses weren’t replaced. Reception made a note of this but the cleaning staff still did not replace dirty room glasses

Okay value for the money if you got a good price.
Good location, and nice views from the rooms facing the pool. Okay value for the money if you got a special deal.
Very poor customer service, especially in the reception. Doesn't look like the hotel cares if guests will come back. My 4th time in Mallorca, least lucky with this hotel. Beautiful pool area, but how come is it allowed to smoke??? Each sunbed has an ashtray on the table. Another thing - the hotel is really popular among germans. 90% of the guests are old germans, so in case you are under 40 and especially under 30 - maybe look for another hotel, unless you're not planning to hang out much in the hotel.
